Delivery
Available carriers, collection and final cost are shown before ordering. Packeta pickup points and Z-BOXes can be selected on the official map when enabled. Oversized jobs may require an individual arrangement.
Payment
Card data is entered only on the selected GoPay or Stripe secure page and is not stored by the operator. Paid production starts only after payment is confirmed.
Dispatch estimate
The website estimates dispatch from production time, an operating reserve and working hours. A guaranteed deadline requires explicit confirmation.
Operator and seller
The operator has not yet supplied the mandatory identity and contact details. They must be completed in the Díly na zakázku Workshop app before live orders are accepted.
