The operator has not yet supplied the mandatory identity and contact details. They must be completed in the Díly na zakázku Workshop app before live orders are accepted.

These documents are an operational template. Before live sales, the operator must review them for its legal form, products and delivery methods.

Customer service

Quote the order number when contacting us. Use the protected enquiry form for project files.

Authorities

Privacy complaints may be addressed to uoou.gov.cz. Czech consumer ADR is handled by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority at coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr/.
