Contract and quotation
A quick order becomes binding when accepted according to the checkout flow. A project enquiry is not an order until scope, price and deadline are agreed.
Customer files
The customer is responsible for dimensions, intended use and the right to use uploaded files. Unsafe, unlawful or technically unsuitable work may be refused.
Price and delivery
The final checkout price includes selected delivery and any applicable VAT. Displayed dispatch dates are estimates unless a fixed deadline is expressly confirmed.
Custom-made goods
The usual 14-day withdrawal right may not apply to goods made or adapted to the customer’s instructions. Statutory defect rights remain unaffected.
Customer-requested production stop
If the customer asks to stop work in progress without claiming a defect and the operator agrees, an individual settlement may reflect a documented or technically estimated cost of material already consumed. Staff must review it before any refund; the app never refunds automatically. No material deduction applies to a valid defect claim or other mandatory consumer remedy.
Defects and disputes
Claims can be submitted using the operator details below. Consumer rights are not limited. Unresolved Czech consumer disputes may be submitted to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr/).
CAD Pro
A free account can save up to 4 CAD assemblies. CAD Pro removes this count limit. The first paid month of a new monthly subscription costs 50 CZK, then 150 CZK per month; annual billing costs 1,000 CZK paid upfront. Outside Czechia, charges are in EUR: 2.05 EUR for the first month, then 6.16 EUR per month, or 41.08 EUR per year. The introductory price is available once per account on the monthly plan only. Existing subscriptions retain their terms. Subscriptions automatically renew at the regular monthly or annual price by card through Stripe. Renewal can be cancelled at any time in the account; Pro remains active through the paid period. Existing assemblies remain accessible for editing and export afterwards. New assemblies can be saved with Pro or when fewer than 4 are stored. This service is separate from shipping and manufacturing orders and does not limit statutory consumer rights.
Operator and seller
The operator has not yet supplied the mandatory identity and contact details. They must be completed in the Díly na zakázku Workshop app before live orders are accepted.
