Data and purposes
We process account, contact, order, delivery, payment-status, model and technical data to perform contracts, comply with law and protect the service.
Processors
Cloudflare, Google Firebase, Resend (order confirmation emails), GoPay or Stripe, Packeta and other selected carriers, and professional suppliers may process only the data needed for their role.
Retention
Data is retained for the account or contract and then for applicable legal retention and claim periods. Users can delete saved CAD models.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction where applicable, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. You may complain to uoou.gov.cz.
Operator and seller
The operator has not yet supplied the mandatory identity and contact details. They must be completed in the Díly na zakázku Workshop app before live orders are accepted.
